A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed appointment. Less than 24 hours notice does not provide enough time to fill that appointment, and leaves me with 2+ hours at work unpaid. This fee is to protect my time, as I do not get paid if I do not have clients. Please reach out to me with cancellations, as there will be exceptions to this policy. We are human and I understand some circumstances are out of our control. Failure to contact me about the cancellation or just not showing up will automatically charge the full service amount to the card on file.
